We collect the email address and optional name you provide, your answers to the assessment, and basic technical data such as language and timing. Your answers are used to generate your results and, in anonymized and aggregated form, to build comparison norms.

We process your data on the basis of your consent, which you give before starting the assessment. You can withdraw consent at any time.

You have the right to access, correct, anonymize, or delete your personal data. Use our data request page to anonymize or delete your data at any time.

We do not sell your personal data. We retain it only as long as needed for the purposes described here or as required by law.

This is not a hiring tool and results must not be used for employment decisions.
